Bona reflexió sobre el perquè molts llocs web no acaben de funcionar (o ni comencen a funcionar):

Of course, one of the problems web developers have is that they don’t get paid by the people who are going to use the site, but rather by the people whose site they’re developing. That’s a problem, because a lot of business owners don’t have a clue about what the whole point to a website is.
